There are two requirements that a home needs to meet to have a garden that will make your neighbors envious

1st: Be legally able to do it, so you need to own your home or have your landlord's approval.

2nd: Be willing to do it, as with all good things, it takes time, so you need to be patient, there will be digging and watering
